Due to the perishable nature of our products, Smarties Candy can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Please ensure all return requests are submitted within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the return meets our safety guidelines.

  Processing Your Refund

  Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
